On 6th April in Florence the national seminar "Bridge Builders"was held and promoted by the International Students Center Giorgio La Pira.

An in-depth exchange on the theme of "Art for Integration" took place within the event. At this occasion Rita Costato Costantini, National Coordinator of the Association MUS-e Italia and two italian artists Franco Giraud and Sara Nesti presented the META project to the participants.

Franco and Sara underlined how the META project has been for them an important personal and professional challenge. Thanks to META they had the opportunity to create a common methodology and acquire new tools to respond effectively to the needs of the children involved.  

It has been particularly useful to share and exchange experiences and practices with other international artists on the best art-based methods and tools and create a real movement dedicated to art-based  learning.

The two artists poetically told their experience lived in the primary schools of Florence Agnesi and Montagnola.

It was a moment full of reflections and ideas to remind everyone of the value of art in innovating the educational system and foster creativity and critical thinking in our young citizens.
