The META empowerment workshop was held during the second partnership meeting by Professor Umberto Margiotta as representative of the Fondazione Nazionale Carlo Collodi to share the META method.

The aims of the workshop were:

1. Strengthen the partners' competences though the "learning by sharing approach;

2. Valorisation of individual and équipe competences;

3. Creation and / or implementation of information channels that will make the acquired knowledge accessible to all the partners.

4. Peer learning.

5. Cross-fertilsation of competences.

Following the idea of Professor Giovanna Del Gobbo of the University of Florence the partners worked together to elaborate a synthesis of the META Key Competences for creating a tool to disseminate widely the META Competences. The experiment was very successful.
